Due Love Birth Photography specializes in faith based birth storytelling through still images and narration for expecting moms and dads in the Detroit area to add to the legacy building of growing families.
An artistry that started as a labor of love as the family historian turned into a career shift in 2022, reallocating time toward education on the birthing space, birth outcomes, and maternal health in preparation for our family’s new addition.
I thought to myself everyone could use a family friend historian for such a moment as birth.

MY Approach…
As a birth photographer I approach each client with curiosity. What aspect of my work are you drawn to and why? What do you hope to see and feel when you look back on your story? I like to share my “why” and share a little about myself explaining my process in my creative decisions as a documentary style photographer. What you can expect from me is a non-intrusive presence. I like to say I’ll be more of a chameleon blending in with the rest of your birth team. I observe and let moments unfold naturally capturing moments I believe you will appreciate later. After I sort through all of your images and make edits, I arrange your images in what I call a “gallery walk” to take you back to each moment as they unfolded one after another. Within 6 weeks of your birth I’ll deliver your digital gallery for you and your family to process, enjoy, and appreciate the start of your new chapter.
